Multi-faceted professional with over 3 years of work experience, possessing knowledge in Oracle PeopleSoft ERP including implementation, development, testing and application support. Holds technical expertise in understanding the business requirment, adhoc service requests received from the client STLC entailing scripting, analysis implementation of test scripts, test cases, test processes, defect reporting, bug tracking and fixing.

As an Application Developer at IBM, I work with the PeopleSoft Finance Development and Support Team at the University of Alberta, where I develop change requests and resolve production issues. I also monitor and fix batch runs on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth operation of the system. Previously, I was part of the PeopleSoft HCM core Development Team at Honeywell International, and the PeopleSoft Financials Development, Upgrade and Testing team at ING Bank Netherlands. I have successfully delivered multiple projects, including a PeopleTools Upgrade from 8.57 to 8.59, meeting the deadlines and resolving bugs during the testing and hypercare phases. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Chandigarh University, where I displayed my Campus Buddy Project, which received appraisals from CEOs and Managing Directors of various companies. I have also obtained certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, Git Essential Training, and Learning Docker, demonstrating my passion for learning new technologies and languages. My core competencies include Oracle Database, PeopleSoft Financials and Cloud Development.
